Peak is currently in closed beta. Access is granted on a per-email basis through a whitelist process.

Overview

Getting into Peak takes three steps:
1

Request whitelist

Submit your email through the registration form, or contact the Peak team directly.
2

Sign up with your whitelisted email

Once approved, create your account using the same email you submitted.
3

Verify and access

The system validates your email against the whitelist. If everything checks out, you are signed in.

Step 1 — Get whitelisted

Before you can sign up, your email address needs to be added to the beta whitelist. There are two ways to do this:

Fill in the registration form

Submit your details through the form on the Peak landing page. The team will review your request.

Contact the Peak team

Email peak@birdeye.so to request that your address be whitelisted.
Use the email address you want to log in with. Whitelisting is email-specific, and you will need to sign up with the exact address that was approved.

Step 2 — Sign up at the Peak app

Once your email is whitelisted, create your account at the Peak app.

Open the Peak app

peak.birdeye.soClick Sign up and complete registration using your whitelisted email address.
Sign up with the same email you submitted for whitelisting. A different address will fail validation.

Step 3 — Verify and access Peak

After you submit your sign-up details:
  1. The system validates your email against the whitelist.
  2. A verification message confirms ownership of the address.
  3. Once both checks pass, you are taken into Peak.

Troubleshooting

Whitelist requests are reviewed regularly. If you have not received a response after several business days, email peak@birdeye.so with the address you submitted so the team can check the status.
Confirm you are signing up with the exact email address you submitted. Typos, aliases (such as +peak), or different domains will fail validation. If everything matches and the error persists, contact peak@birdeye.so.
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it is not there, try resending from the sign-up page. If the email still does not arrive, contact peak@birdeye.so.
Beta access is granted per email and is not shareable. Colleagues should submit their own requests through the registration form or email peak@birdeye.so.
