The Centralized Exchange Object covers off-chain trading venues that custody user assets — Binance, Coinbase, OKX, and others. CEXs are the bridge between on-chain capital and traditional trading flow, and Peak tracks them at the venue level for profile, trading activity, and on-chain reserves.

What a Centralized Exchange represents

A CEX Object is a specific centralized trading venue. Each CEX has a profile (jurisdiction, year established, trading pairs, fee structure) and a set of on-chain reserve wallets that can be audited via proof-of-reserves Commands.

Commands

The Centralized Exchange Object has a small, flat command catalog covering exchange profile, spot trading activity, and proof-of-reserves audits.
